Today I am coming down after a wild weekend of sharing and talking about the paintings and fashions I dream up with hundreds of art lovers in the Connecticut area. After putting in a remarkable amount of work this past year it was a wonderful experience to have another great opportunity to share my vision in such a public arena, along with getting to interact with fellow artists from all over the area.

I learned about CWOS by accident researching opportunities online, and had no idea what I was getting myself into when I took a chance, and figured out how to be a part of the show. I began asking questions, and trying to learn what this show was about, and just like the expressionist art I create the answers appeared and the puzzle completed.

I find that often times Art is about just that... Asking questions... I would like to think that my art begs you to question, as I don't create paintings that have the answers. I don't paint things. Instead I paint a feeling, and somedays the feelings I paint resonate deeply with you. Others days it's a subconscious energy that leaps from your walls bringing creativity to your life. To go any deeper than that would be futile, because as I learned from this weekend of sharing, my paintings offer something different to each individual person who views them... I loved that.

Thank you to all for your deep, amazing, and honest conversations about the art, the work that goes into them, my inspirations, our loves, fears, and dreams that we professed throughout the weekend. I learned a great deal about myself, and my work, and the many different meanings it has to others. I am so grateful for all your thoughts, comments, and for coming to the show for an artful experience.
