How To Make Apple Fritters by Jennifer Maring
Sunday mornings in the early fall is the perfect time for Apple Fritters. We have had an incredible apple harvest this year at our home in Connecticut, so I have been making the most of my apple recipes here on Together In Style. Today I am having some family over in the morning for coffee so I thought I would share my Apple Fritter Recipe here as it is always a hit among everyone who tried them. Enjoy!

How to cook apple fritters...
Ingredients
2 Cups Chopped Apples
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla
3/4 Cup Milk
Directions
Begin to heat Coconut Oil on the stove on a low temperature.
Chop two cups of Apples into small pieces and add to a mixing bowl with all of the other ingredients. Mix Well using a Kitchen Aid or other kitchen mixer.
Once the batter is ready bring the Coconut Oil temperature up to a medium heat about a 5 on my stove. Spoon the batter into the oil and flip them until both sides are golden brown. Set the cooked fritters aside to cool and drain. Roll in a sugar and cinnamon mixture and enjoy!
