NYE and Superbowl Party Recipes
A Happy New Year Recipe
It's New Years Eve 2015! So, I thought it would be a great time to share a great recipe that is perfect for parties especially since it is NYE and the Superbowl is just around the corner as well. I actually made these for Christmas Eve this year as I always host a big event that evening for friends and family. It was such a hit, so I wanted to pass along the recipe.
Meatballs can be a little intimidating for some, but they are really quite easy to make. I wanted to create a self serve atmosphere at my last event, where guests could easily eat with either toothpicks, or make their own custom sliders as a second option. So, I created Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, and a spicy Asian inspired pork meatball as well.
The video above shares the process of how I make both, and the ingredients and directions are also below. I hope you try this out, and most of all I would love to wish you a fantastic New Year for 2016!
