What does it mean to be a modern artist in 2020? For us it's exploring creativity on an everyday basis at the intersections of photography, oil painting, music, and fashions. There is an immense amount of art flowing from our studio on all fronts, and these days the new big ideas aren’t at the outskirts, they are at the intersections. We have found time and time again that working across the mediums makes us stronger photographers and video artists. Which, makes sense… Music is a part of video, and I’ve learned an immense amount by working with music producers on my own songs. Composition and color strategy plays a huge role in painting, which increases my vision and abilities as a photographer. Being multi-faceted is the way to widen your skill set so that you are prepared for anything.
